Paper Boats

$40.00 On sale

These “IT“ inspired boats are made with a selection of clear textured glass and a variety of blue glass options.

The first boat in the first and second photos is a iridescent textured polka dot clear glass with a streaky blue glass for the water, both textures make gorgeous refractions in the sun! Approximately 7.5 inches by 9 inches.

And the second boat in the third and fourth photos is made with clear water glass for the boat, and an opaque white and light blue wispy glass for the water. This creates a opposite effect when light goes through the piece creating a water texture where the boat is and a slightly blueish shadow where the water is! Approximately 7.5 inches by 10 inches.

Included is a faux suede cording tied to the jump ring to hang in a window or on a wall, and I try my best to choose a color that matches or compliments each piece! I do not recommend hanging pieces with a suction cup as overtime they can pull away from the glass.

Each piece is polished with wax that provides a protective coating for the solder and the glass.

The metal used in stain glass is a blend of tin and lead. However unless you breath in the fumes when heating the material, or ingest it, it is not harmful. Wash your hands after handling the piece before eating as a precaution.

As always if there are overages on shipping cost I will refund the difference 🤗
I accept cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
All sales are final.

CARE & SAFETY!

Cleaning your piece:
Periodic cleaning with a gentle glass polish and soft rag will help return your piece to its original shine! Do not use any harsh chemical or household cleaners on stained glass works, this can cause permanent damage to the piece.

Suction cups are not reliable! :
I strongly advise against suction cups! Stained glass is heavier than you realize and suction cups will pull away overtime especially with seasonal temperature changes.
Instead use hooks hanging directly down from the window frame or screws above the window. Even better, use hardware already on your windows like locks and hinges!

I love to see pieces in their new homes! If you post pics on your social media be sure to tag me so I can happy ugly cry 💕
